NGC 4217
Notes:
This edge on galaxy shows a prominent dust lane. On the right side is also NGC 4226, below NGC4217 and slightly to the right is PGC213956, a magnitude 18 galaxy. The bright star to the upper left is magnitude 7.28 SAO 44092 – bright enough to cause problems with the image, but too dim to ever see with just your eye.
