M103
Notes:
The M103 open cluster is about 8,500 light years away in Cassiopeia, and is composed of very hot blue stars which burn up rather fast, this cluster is about 25 million years old, which is pretty young. This cluster is about 14 light years across. The big red star is one of the hot blue stars that has evolved and become a red giant star.
